Our house was completely renovated to be energy efficient in 2014. To achieve this, we place great value on ecological building materials - especially wood.

Harmoniously embedded in the surrounding nature, it reflects modern Vorarlberg architecture.

A separate entrance leads you into the holiday apartment, on the 1st floor . Wood is our favorite material, which is why we used it often and yet unobtrusively. A generous, mostly all-round glazing with a spacious terrace offers a breathtaking view of Lake Constance. The constant view of the surrounding nature with forests and mountain meadows creates a wonderful atmosphere and deep relaxation.

You live in a self-catering holiday apartment at 1,000m above sea level, approx. 6 km from the center of Lochau and Lake Constance. The advantages include a spacious, fully equipped modern living-dining kitchen with dishwasher, induction and gas hob with oven, free WiFi, washing machine, tumble dryer and a furnished, 46m2 terrace with wood grill and raised bed with fresh herbs.

The fully furnished apartment has two bedrooms with a double bed and a lawn with four beds, a closet, a living room with a sofa and chairs, a large dining table for eight people, and a large bathroom. You will find an additional toilet in the spacious apartment entrance area on the ground floor. Sufficient parking spaces are reserved for you directly in front of the apartment. If necessary, a high-voltage socket is available to charge your electric car. There are also appropriate parking spaces for bicycles.

Hiking and cycling trails start right in front of the house. The Ski Train, which takes you to the world-famous ski area "St. Anton/Arlberg" or the Montafon ski area, can be reached by car in 10 - 15 minutes. You can reach most of Vorarlberg's ski areas within 30 to 60 minutes by car.

A bus stop with connections to Bregenz and Lindau is just a 2-minute walk away. In 5 - 10 minutes on foot you can reach the Pfändebahn, with which you can comfortably float directly into the city center of Bregenz.

Two golf courses, the Lindau-Bad Schachen Golf Club and the Bodensee Weißensberg Golf Club, are approximately 20 minutes by car from the property.

You will find several restaurants in the immediate vicinity. From the snack station to fine dining, everything is there.

There are also two Haflingers grazing a short distance from the property. She also welcomes a cuddly cat.

Just relax. You are on vacation.
